An exciting position has become available for a full-time Business Development Manager based in the South East.
The successful candidate will be required to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and services creating added value for our customers.

As the sole distributor of Next Level in the UK market with access to the European market, we require a Brand Ambassador to endorse the Next Level brand to the PenCarrie customer base across the UK and possibly Europe and extend to potential new customers within our B2B markets.
In this Brand Ambassador role, you will:
•Become the face of Next Level for the trade B2B market, while demonstrating the key attributes that make it the premium US promotional clothing brand it is known as;
•Monitor and understand the marketplace and maximise the brand potential across all UK market sectors, especially the licenced and music merchandise channels;
•Achieve sales targets, company KPIs and maximise sales potential within each customer account ensuring growth in profitability for the brand.

The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, with strong interpersonal skills. Calm and comfortable under pressure with the ability to understand marketing objectives. A great eye for typography and a natural at choosing, cropping and enhancing images for the best results. Someone who combines speed and accuracy, who can think on their feet, challenge briefs, influence creative and work closely and collaboratively within a tight-knit team. Adaptable, approachable, determined, proactive, efficient and up to date on current design trends and prepared to get stuck in and help out on all design tasks. We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our growing team at PenCarrie. Core shift hours are 1pm – 10pm and 1 Sunday in 4 but we have various shift patterns available and can offer full time and part time hours.
As Christmas is approaching, we are happy to offer permanent or fixed term (temporary contracts) and weekend overtime is available, with weekend hours at double time rates of £19+ per hour.
Our Warehouse Operatives are key members of the team who carefully pick and pack customer orders, store products and received deliveries in a safe and efficient manner. To maximise safety, we are still practising social distancing on site. Face masks and sanitising equipment is available throughout site.
